As the first big wave of children diagnosed with autism-related disorders moves beyond high school, how do we prepare autistic young adults for employment or higher education, and how do we prepare the workplace to accommodate the needs and recognize the special talents of adults on the autistic spectrum? We’ll talk with Oakstone Academy Middle School and High School Director of Curriculum Dr. Kristyn Miller, Lettuce Work Foundation Executive Director Doug Sharp, Aspiritech Executive Director Brenda Weitzberg, and Marshall University West Virginia Autism Training Center Associate Director Marc Ellison.
